SIM Management
It is the responsibility of this group to procure SIM cards for the entire Telekom Austria Group, as well as to define, manage and coordinate all SIM and telephone number-relevant processes of A1.
This includes securing the availability of SIM cards as well as managing all the resources concerned.
In addition, this group manages and coordinates the realization of SIM-related products and supports other departments (CS, Business Sales, shops…) in SIM and telephone number-relevant business cases.
