The Vendor Rating System provides performance indicators for products and services that are additionally purchased and facilitates continuous evaluation and improvement in supplier performance.
The Vendor Rating System comprises the following functions
- objective comparison of defined top suppliers based on uniform dataholistic
- evaluation of supplier performance with regard to product/service quality based on commercial, technical and ecological criteria
- possibility of detailed evaluation as the basis for continued improvement of supplier performance
- transparency through periodical analysis
Supplier Risk Management, which is integrated in the supplier management process, serves to identify risk potential in the procurement process.
