Duration of the internship: 6 months
At A1 Digital you can expect an exciting and varied time during your internship. You will be fully integrated in our daily work-life and fulfill a meaningful role to further our success.
Your future role:
- You support M2M, Asset-Tracking and Internet of Things Deployments.
- You are a direct contact to customers and assist them with orders in terms of time and delivery quality.
- You will be part of the Customer Success Management Team and get to familiarise yourself with upcoming Megatrend Technologies.
- You learn to handle Order- and Delivery Management.
- You learn about CRM Data and Case Management.
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, etc.).
- Knowledge of MS Office and ideally Sales Support processes.
- Customer oriented, analytical and structured approach to work.
- English and German language skills required.
