Was ist VoLTE?
Der Begriff VoLTE steht für Voice over LTE (Long Term Evolution). VoLTE ist eine Technologie, die es ermöglicht, Sprachanrufe über das LTE/4G-Mobilfunknetz zu übertragen.
Wie erkenne ich, dass VoLTE aktiv ist?
Während eines Gesprächs steht in der Statusleiste 4G oder LTE.
Fallen bei der Nutzung von VoLTE zusätzliche Kosten an?
Nein, VoLTE-Anrufe werden zu denselben Konditionen wie herkömmliche Anrufe abgerechnet.
Werden die mobilen Daten bei der Nutzung von VoLTE verbraucht?
Für die Nutzung werden nur Sprachminuten verbraucht. Keine mobilen Daten.
Gibt es einen Unterschie LTE und 4G?
Bei LTE und 4G handelt es sich um Synonyme. Beide Begriffe haben die selbe Technologie.
Ist VoLTE sicher?
Die Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt. Anrufe über VoLTE sind genau so sicher wie herkömmliche Anrufe.
Wie kann ich Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) nutzen und was bringt mir das?
Das Gerät muss von A1 sein. Bei diesen Geräten ist VoWiFi automatisch aktiviert.
Bei verfügbarem Mobilnetz wird der Anruf immer über das Mobilnetz geführt. Wird die Signalstärke nicht erreicht, schaltet das Handy automatisch auf WiFi um.
Eine Deaktivierung und Reaktivierung ist unter den Netzeinstellungen möglich.
Warum bricht mein Gespräch ab?
Während eines Gespräch wechselt das Gerät möglicherweise von einem Netz in ein anderes - und das kann zu einem Gesprächsabbruch führen.
